Lisa O'Brien is a Solicitor in our Litigation department and practices in the area of General Litigation to include:
Lisa specialises in Licensing Law and acts for several publicans, hoteliers and restaurateurs. Such work includes:
Lisa also deals with District Court based work to include:
Lisa graduated from the University of Limerick with two honours degrees and worked with our firm all through her training.
- Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation to include applications to the Injuries Board, road traffic accidents, employer liability and public liability claims.
- Debt Collection Litigation – negotiating settlements of debts and/or obtaining Judgments against debtors and enforcing Judgments.
- Breach of Contract claims
Lisa specialises in Licensing Law and acts for several publicans, hoteliers and restaurateurs. Such work includes:
- Special exemptions applications
- Renewal of Public Dance Licence, Restaurant Certificate and Public Music and Singing Licence applications at the Annual Licensing Court
- Club Renewals
- Ad Interim and Certificate of Transfers of Licences where there has been a change of ownership
- Licence Renewals
Lisa also deals with District Court based work to include:
- Family law District Court applications; i.e. maintenance, guardianship and access; Safety and Barring Orders
- Road Traffic Summons to include all road related offences i.e. Summons for no Tax, no insurance, Drink driving etc.
- Vehicle damage claims
